Course Overview

This Masters programme is designed to enhance understanding and competence gained through professional qualifications and to develop ability to think strategically about management and organisational change.

Additionally, the programme is designed to broaden your specialist knowledge. The 'Research Methods and Dissertation' module covers an introduction to research, types of research methodology, formulating and planning a research project, data collection, and analysis and presentation of research findings.

Entry requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent AND two years relevant managerial experience 

                                                         OR

 HND with two years relevant managerial experience.  

                         Plus the access qualification below

The EduQual Diploma in Business Management (Human Resource Management - SCQF, Level 11) qualification
